Otumfuo Opoku Ware II was the 15th Emperor-King of the Ashanti people and Ashanti and Ashantiland and Ashanti Empire.
The Otumfuo Wuo Ye Ya Adinkra, was designed and carved by John Kofi Nsiah of Ntonso to commemorate the passing of Otumfuo Opoku Ware II.
