Duafe  "Wooden Comb" represents feminine beauty and cleanliness as well as desirable qualities of feminine goodness such as love and care.  It is one of the few symbols that has a real form within the Adinkra symbology.  In Twi, “Dua” means wood,” and “Afe” means comb.
